This is the first Brooke Kinsley book that I have read. It was a quick read and left me wanting to know more about Stephanie and Frederick. This is an odd match up of the different characters but it makes the story more interesting.Product details

A short novella that introduces the series. Good writing, but I was hoping for more. The bonus chapters provided content that seemed better suited to the title.

This was an awesome box set by Brooke Kinsley. I was hooked right away and didn't want to put this down until I finished it. I loved the characters and their story. I definitely recommend.
What really intrigued be the most about this book is Stephanie. She is a total contriduction to the norm. My only complaint is that it started to get really good and then it ended. I need to pick up the next one to see what happens next.

Frederick and Stephanie's story was an OK read. Fast paced, not well developed, some backstory on Stephanie, none on Frederick. Not great, but average..... I do hate cliffhangers, especially generic ones.
I have one big problem with this book - it was just too short. Loved the fact that Stephanie isn't an "angel" which i'm sure will be a twist in the next book as well get a better look at her past. I love that the author somehow made math look cool!
I anxius to see how Federic resolves the cliffhanger we were left at the end! Can't wait for the next book.

Math genius Stephanie decides to utilize her talents and go to London universities for the gifted. The beginning her classes and meeting new friends goes smoothly until billionaire Frederick volunteers for one of her classes, then a wrench gets tossed in the mix. The book is a quick read with a whopper of an ending. Book two is bound to be exciting.
I think this book could have been great but it stopped before I could get drawn in. l'm not a fan of of part 1 books unless the first can be read separately and the next ones are add-ons. The storyline was alright, math genius goes to college out of the country and meets a guy who's a billionaire, she sleeps with him and then the next day meets a woman who claims to be his wife and is very pregnant....that's all.
